Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every conversation you have on SOTELLIT to be a pleasant experience. If your encounter with our community is unsatisfactory, we want to hear from you. You may be eligible to receive a credit to your account for the conversation (up to a limit of $25). To request a credit, please complete the following:

  • Customer support form within 72 hours of the conversation for which you'd like to be credited.
  • Please include the transaction details as well: advisor name, time, date, and the total amount spent on the call when submitting your refund request.

  • SOTELLIT will review the request and you will receive a response within 72 hours. SOTELLIT reserves the right to approve, deny, or issue a partial credit for any request. Our Satisfaction Guarantee credits are issued in SOTELLIT Dollars -- for use on future conversations. Members are permitted to be reimbursed for one unsatisfactory experience every 30 days
